Takwim Program Jualan RAHMAH MADANI 2025

INTRODUCTION

The Program Jualan RAHMAH MADANI (PJRM) is an initiative organized by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Malaysia (KPDN) that offers savings on daily essential goods of 10% to 30% lower than the usual local market prices.
PJRM is one of the programs implemented by the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) under the Payung RAHMAH initiative.
The Program Jualan RAHMAH MADANI (PJRM) is a year-round sales program in 2025 organized by large supermarkets and grocery stores. KPDN aims for price reductions of 10% to 30%, with a focus on areas with low-income populations. PJRM is implemented in all 222 parliamentary constituencies across the country
The Program Jualan RAHMAH MADANI (PJRM) was launched on January 11, 2023.
Among the daily essential items that are discounted are chicken, fish and seafood, eggs, refined white sugar, bottled cooking oil, wheat flour, rice, vegetables/fruits, personal care items, household cleaning products, diapers, school supplies, medications, and other daily necessities such as food and non-food items.

MODEL	IMPLEMENTATION
1. Implementation Model Within Premises.	Existing model by premises/supermarkets. Using the brand and logo of the Jualan RAHMAH MADANI. Implementation based on the initiative of the premises/supermarkets themselves. The discount rate offered is subject to discussion and agreement between the premises and the Government.
2. Implementation Model in Open Areas / Outside Premises.	One of the implementation model options but not a priority. Implemented only based on specific/special needs. Minimizing related costs such as logistics, transportation, and others.
3. Mobile Implementation Model	Mobile implementation using suitable trucks that carry selected daily essential goods to the relevant areas. Implemented in areas that do not have appropriate retail premises to carry out the Jualan RAHMAH MADANI.
