5. OFFENSES CONSIDERED UNDER THE CARE ENFORCEMENT POLICY APPLIES TO MINOR OFFENSES IE :

  • Price tags of goods and charges for services (Price Control and Anti -Profiteering Act 2011)
  • Verification of weights and measures (Weights and Measures Act 1972)
  • Discounted/Sale activities (Trade Descriptions Act 1972)
  • Selling controlled goods without a license (Control of Supplies Act 1961)
