How to Apply for a Direct Selling License
All applications for the Direct Selling License must follow the checklist of applications as attached on the Ministry's website (Form I). Only complete applications will be processed for consideration. Applications must comply with the following basic requirements:
Eligibility
Applicants must consist of companies incorporated under the Companies Act 1965.

| Single-Level Marketing | RM500,000 | RM100,000 |
