Goods Prohibited From Export
CONTROL OF SUPPLIES ACT 1961 CONTROL OF SUPPLIES (PROHIBITION ON EXPORT) 2011
The Ministry has gazetted the Control of Supplies (Prohibition on Exports) Regulations 2011, which came into force on 15 March 2011. Under this regulation, any person shall not export any controlled items as follows:

4. | Liquified Petroleum Gas |
Prohibition of export does not apply to the manufacturer of controlled goods with the written permission from the Controller of Supply.
Any Control of Supplies (Prohibition on Exports) Regulations 2006 is NULLIFIED start on from this date.
