Provide information about the roles, policies, services and programs of the Ministry to the public through mass media and social media; and

Prepare and coordinate campaigns conducted by the Ministry

Establish good relations between the Ministry and the media to ensure that the exchange of information is delivered smoothly and effectively

Uphold the image of the Ministry through effective implementation of appropriate publicity and campaign programs;

Coordinate and manage information about the Ministry and its agencies;

Encourage participation and enhance consumer appreciation and understanding of Ministry’s policies and programs;

Organize media conference for programs by Y.B. Minister and Y.B. Deputy Minister and all official programs of the Ministry; and

Monitor, coordinate and respond to condemnations, criticisms and complaints from various parties received through mass media as well as social media.
